            Failed motors, support headaches, wasted money

            After 2 months of light usage the steering motor has failed making it impossible to steer the vehicle with the remote. You can hear a distinct grinding sound when the buttons are pressed.

            The support team sends me a picture of a motor and expects me to figure out how to disassemble the entire vehicle to send them a part number. They will send me a cheap replacement part that will inevitably fail just like the original part. After 3 months, the vehicle will be out of warranty and i'll be SOL.

            Don't waste your money on this junk.

            Cheap build quality

            For the price I was expecting better build quality. Lots of really cheap plastic, partially drilled holes, clunky and noisy steering mechanism. Tires do not appear to be real rubber.

            Starting / stopping is very jerky. It should be much smoother to prevent the child's head from rocking around.

            Instructions are incomplete / confusing.

            Aside from these issues, shipping was fast, and my kid seems to love it. We'll see how long it lasts!
