What is the scope of coverage of the Voltz Extended Warranty Plan?
The Voltz Extended Warranty Plan provides the same coverage as the standard limited warranty. For full details of the warranty coverages, please refer to our warranty policy. The warranty is limited to the replacement of the faulty part and does not cover shipping costs. In addition, the warranty only applied to the original parts of the product.
Please note this plan is only applicable for Voltz Toys branded Ride-on cars with MSRP above $750. There are other plans offered for the different price ranges for your Ride-on car.
When does the Voltz Extended Warranty Plan start?
The plan extends the standard limited warranty to the selected time duration.
When can I purchase the Voltz Extended Warranty Plan?
The Voltz Extended Warranty Plan must be purchased within 30 days from the original product delivery date. Plans that are purchased outside the eligible period will not be applied and can be refunded upon request.
What should I do after I purchase the Voltz Extended Warranty Plan?
After the purchase of the plan, you must register your product
here within 30 days from the original product delivery date. The purchase information of the Voltz Extended Warranty Plan is required. Plans that are not registered within the eligible period will not be applied and can be refunded upon request.
What should I do to file a warranty claim with Voltz Extended Warranty Plan?
When you need to file a warranty claim, please email us at help@voltztoys.ca and include a copy of your invoice/receipt for both the original product and the Voltz Extended Warranty Plan. You may be asked to provide supportive photos/videos to help identify the problem and assess the repair needed. We will get you the necessary component in a timely manner once your warranty claim is approved. You will be responsible for any shipping costs due to your claim. In the case where a repair is deemed necessary, you will be responsible to deliver the product to and from the service center.
What is the limit of liability of the Voltz Extended Warranty Plan?
The total liability of this plan is the purchase price you paid for the product. In the event that the total of all repairs exceeds the purchase price paid for the product, we shall have fulfilled all of our obligations under this plan.
Can I transfer the Voltz Extended Warranty Plan to someone else?
This plan is not transferable and can be applied to the original purchaser of the product only.
