1. Overview
Voltz Toys is committed to providing the lowest prices in Canada for all officially licensed Rastar® remote-control vehicles, including Formula 1™, Ferrari®, and other licensed models sold exclusively on voltztoys.ca.
2. Eligible Retailers (Canada Only)
This guarantee applies only to reputable, authorized Canadian retailers and major chains. We will match verified lower advertised prices from:
- Walmart Canada (online)
- Canadian Tire (online & in-store)
- Best Buy Canada
- Costco Canada
- Toys “R” Us Canada
- Hudson’s Bay
- London Drugs
- Amazon.ca (only if Sold and Shipped by Amazon.ca)
Not eligible: marketplace resellers, auction sites, third-party vendors, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or unverified small e-commerce stores.
3. Product Eligibility
- Identical brand, model number, and UPC code.
- In stock and available for immediate purchase from both retailers.
- Sold through official Canadian channels only.
4. How to Request a Price Match
- Email help@voltztoys.ca with your order number and a screenshot or live link to the competitor’s price.
- Our team will verify the price and availability within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will refund the difference to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Valid Period
Applies to purchases made from November 1, 2025 to January 1, 2026. All price-match refund requests must be submitted by April 1, 2026.
6. Exclusions
- Clearance, liquidation, open-box or used items
- Flash sales, limited-time coupons, bundles or gift sets
- Gift cards, loyalty points or financing offers
- Price errors or misprints
7. Final Decision
Voltz Toys reserves the right to verify competitor pricing and product availability and to decline any request that does not meet the above criteria. This policy may be updated or terminated without prior notice.
